Elias Avila Bustillo was captured this week in Arkansas in a joint effort between Arkansas State Police troopers, ASP Air Support, and a K9 unit from the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Bustillo was wanted by Interpol, also known as the International Criminal Police Organization, an inter-governmental organization.
