On May 12, 2020, while the world reeled about the ongoing fear of COVID-19, Chandler Wilson Carroll was incorporating a business with the Arkansas Secretary of State's office.
It was called Brook Haven Lodge LLC.
Last Thursday, the FBI raided Carroll’s house and arrested her after a grand jury indictment.
According to court documents, Carroll faces federal charges connected to alleged improper use of pandemic relief funds — approximately $2 million — under the CARES Act to assist businesses.
